50% deposit required to book and applied to the final payment.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of deposit.
Rescheduling allowed up to 2 hours before your appointment (deposit remains non-refundable).
15-minute grace period for late arrivals; after that, appointment may be shortened or canceled.
No-shows forfeit deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
Group & bridal bookings require a 2-week advance reservation.
