50% deposit required to book and applied to the final payment. (No deposit, No appointment)
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of deposit.Deposit not used within the next 21days is considered forfeited.
Rescheduling allowed up to 2 hours before your appointment (deposit remains non-refundable).
15-minute grace period for late arrivals; after that, appointment may be shortened or canceled and deposit forfeited.
No-shows forfeit deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
All Service adjustments must be reported within 24hrs and rectified within 72hrs.
Group & bridal bookings require a 2-week advance reservation.
